Welcome to Doodlekind. These terms cover your use of doodlekind.com and any purchase you make here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you have a question about anything below, write to us at info.doodlekind@gmail.com and a real person will answer.

Doodlekind is operated by 9338-1556 Québec inc., Sainte-Adèle, Québec, Canada.

1. What we sell

Doodlekind tees are made to order. Nothing is printed until you order it, and every piece is printed and shipped by our production partner in North America. Product photos show the drawing on a garment as closely as we can; small differences in placement, color and fabric tone between the photo and the printed tee are normal for on-demand printing.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless your region shows another currency at checkout. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a price change never affects an order you have already placed. Discounts (including our automatic Match & Save discount) apply only as described at checkout and cannot be combined unless we say so.

Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or the payment provider you choose at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. That email is our acknowledgement, not our acceptance: we accept the order when we send it to production. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, if we find an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud.

Because every tee is made to order, we cannot change the size, color or design of an order once it has gone to production. Please check your size against the Size Guide before ordering.

4. Your kid's drawing (custom orders)

Our custom tee lets you upload a drawing and have it printed for the whole family. When you upload an image, you confirm that:

• You made the drawing, or you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who made it, or you otherwise have the right to use it.
• The image does not contain anyone else's copyrighted work, logos, characters or trademarks, and nothing hateful, violent, sexual or otherwise unlawful.
• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

You keep all rights to the drawing. You give us a limited licence to store, process (for example, removing the paper background) and print the image only to make and deliver your order, and to handle any replacement or support request about it. We do not use customer drawings in our marketing without asking you first.

We look at every custom drawing before it prints. If an image is too low in quality to print well, or if it breaks these terms, we may pause the order and contact you, or cancel it and refund you. We do not fix, redraw or "improve" drawings: what you upload is what gets printed, minus the paper background. Please upload a clear, well-lit photo, taken straight on.

Every custom print carries a small DoodleKind signature, the same way our own designs do.

5. Shipping

Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct shipping address. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you about reshipping, and reshipping costs may apply. Any customs duties or import taxes for orders outside Canada are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost. Because each tee is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind. Our Refund policy has the details.

7. Our content and the drawings we sell

The Doodlekind name, wordmark, crown and site content belong to 9338-1556 Québec inc. The drawings in our collections were made by our artist and are printed with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them outside of wearing the tee you bought. Buying a tee does not transfer any rights to the artwork.

8. Giving

We set aside $1 from every order to help put art supplies in kids' hands. This is a commitment we make on our own; it is not a donation you make, and it is not tax deductible for you.

9. Accounts, reviews and communication

If you create an account or sign up for our emails, you are responsible for keeping your login details private. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. If you post a review or send us a message, you agree that it is honest and your own, and that we may quote it on the site. We never post fake reviews and we will not publish yours in a misleading way.

10. Limits on our responsibility

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or country, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information, including the photos you upload, is described in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Québec, unless the consumer protection laws where you live give you the right to something else.
